Cancellation and refund policy

Cancel at any time

Customers can cancel through Stripe billing. Access normally continues to the end of the trial or paid billing period unless the checkout terms state otherwise.

Trials and renewals

Eligible new customers receive a 14-day trial that requires a payment method. Returning-customer billing may begin immediately. The monthly plan bills £14.99/month; the annual plan bills £119/year. The exact first charge, renewal date and amount appear before confirmation and in Stripe billing communications.

Consumer rights

Any statutory cancellation or refund right that applies remains in force. Rights can depend on the customer’s location, when the digital service begins and any request for immediate performance.

Problems and duplicate charges

Contact support promptly for duplicate billing, unavailable access or a materially defective service. Do not include card numbers in a support message.
